Text or email photos, and your address. A slow video walk-around tells us more than stills — turn the phone toward the fence line and the corners nobody goes into.
If it's easier to show than to photograph, set up a FaceTime or WhatsApp video and give us the tour in real time. Ten minutes, from wherever you are, and you never have to be home for it.
You get a written price by text or email, usually within a few hours. If something can't be judged from video — a steep slope, a gate we may not fit through, debris under the growth — we say so and quote a range rather than guess.
We show up when we said we would and work until it's done — usually one or two days. Everything we cut gets stacked wherever you want it, ready for your green bin.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly upkeep so it never gets back to where it started. Or don't — the reset stands on its own.
